Loïc de Tarade

An expert is a person who can demonstrate both theoretical and practical experience.

Loïc de Tarade has accumulated nearly 25 years of industrial management in diverse fields such as automotive, heavy paper industry, pharmaceutical production, and medical nuclear industry.

While previously holding numerous operational positions: from production, to technical functions management, to product development and quality improvement, in textiles, plastics transformation, and metal transformation.

Loïc's journey has also allowed him to build a network of experts capable of understanding all the industrial dimensions of a company.

Based on this experience, Loïc has acquired several convictions. The first is that companies are made up of men and women who all aspire to identify with the company's identity, as well as its commitments and projects. The second is that the fundamental or occasional issues of companies often closely resemble issues already encountered in other companies. Thus, shared experiences are still largely untapped wealth, and collective intelligence often represents more potential than isolated individual performances.

I have rarely seen opposition in a company, but too often misunderstandings.

Therefore, the actions and projects that companies must carry out to ensure their future cannot be separated from the teams' aspiration to identify with them. And value or improvement is not created by using fancy theoretical terms... but by accompanying teams on paths to what is possible.
