She spent the next 15 years in French consulting firms, focusing on operational excellence, supply chain, and operational strategy.

For the past six years, she has been serving French SMEs, helping them structure their strategy and operations.

She holds a degree in Biochemistry from INSA Lyon and a CAP in cabinetmaking.

All his actions have consistently focused on performance improvement, supporting the business development of many companies where he has held significant responsibilities.

His experience in the automotive and metal processing sectors has also enabled him to integrate the economic dimensions of highly demanding markets.

Dominique holds an engineering degree in production systems and is fluent in French, English, and German.

Dominique has developed strong analytical expertise, particularly in risk assessment, implementing top-tier continuous improvement processes, and establishing efficient operational organizations from scratch.

Michel-Laurent Guithaux

Michel-Laurent has over 40 years of experience in the industry, having held executive positions such as Site Director, General Manager, and Human Resources Director in various companies. For nearly 20 years, he has assisted numerous leadership teams in managing the challenges of change and adaptation, with a constant focus on maintaining a balance between all social dimensions of the company in alignment with their activities.

Michel-Laurent is a graduate of Kedge Bordeaux (formerly Sup de Co), an alumnus of the Institute of Political Studies, and holds a postgraduate degree from the London Business School.
