Michel-Laurent has over 40 years of experience in the industry, having held executive positions such as Site Director, General Manager, and Human Resources Director in various companies. For nearly 20 years, he has assisted numerous leadership teams in managing the challenges of change and adaptation, with a constant focus on maintaining a balance between all social dimensions of the company in alignment with their activities.
Michel-Laurent is a graduate of Kedge Bordeaux (formerly Sup de Co), an alumnus of the Institute of Political Studies, and holds a postgraduate degree from the London Business School.
